Draft FY 2027 TransNet Capital Program Budget Update

Budget Manager Chelsea Gonzales presented the proposed SANDAG Draft FY 2027 Program Budget that is scheduled to be presented to the Board of Directors on March 27, 2026. The TransNet Independent Taxpayer Oversight Committee was asked to discuss the Draft FY 2027 TransNet Capital Program Budgets. This item was presented for discussion only.

Deputy Director of Regional Planning Tuere Fa'aola and Senior Grants Program Analyst Goldy Herbon presented a comprehensive overview of the SANDAG grant programs and recent program assessments. This item was presented for discussion only.
