This informational report provided an update on the latest developments in the financial markets, economy, sales tax revenues, and strategies being explored and implemented to minimize possible impacts to the TransNet Program.

Senior Director of Capital Delivery Clint Peace, and Victor Mercado, Caltrans, presented a status update on North County Highway Projects including Build NCC, I-5 HOV Extension, and SR 78 projects. This item was presented for information.

2025 TransNet Major Corridor Program Health Update

Manager of Financial Planning and Project Controls Michelle Smith provided an update on the TransNet Major Corridor Financial Status, including updated costs and revenue estimates for the TransNet Expenditure Plan and the remaining Major Corridor Program of Projects per the TransNet Ordinance through FY 2048. This item was presented for information.
