Call to Order

Chair Heebner called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

Approval of Meeting Minutes

Approved the minutes from its July 11, 2025, meeting. 

3.2

Review of Draft Board Agendas

Approved the draft agendas for the October 24, 2025, October 31, 2025, and November 7, 2025, Board of Directors meetings.

3.3

Legislative Status Report

Approved a “support” position on U.S. House of Representatives Bill 4576 – the Build More Housing Near Transit Act of 2025 authored by Representative Scott Peters.

Annual Review of Committees and Working Groups

Becca Karpinski, Audaculus Consulting, presented recommendations to strengthen the work of the Policy Advisory Committees and Working Groups.

  to direct staff to incorporate feedback from the Executive Committee and present to the Board of Directors for action.
