Call to Order

  

Chair Heebner called the meeting to order at 9:16 a.m.

Closed Session: Public Employment Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) Title: General Counsel

Chair Heebner adjourned the meeting to closed session at 9:33 a.m.

Chair Heebner resumed open session at 1:30 p.m. In closed session, the Executive Committee took action to authorize staff to advance the selected candidates to the final round of interviews with the Board of Directors. Those interviews will be scheduled and concluded in the coming weeks.
